Do you have tracked delivery

Yes, on some products – check the Print Products section on our website www.scripinweddings.com/printing

How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take anywhere between 1-4 days in the UK. Any countries outside the UK are subject to shipment and requirements

Can I cancel an order before it’s been delivered?

It is possible to cancel an order before it has been shipped and not face any charges. But, you need to be quick!

Get in touch with our support team (support@kite.ly) as soon as you know you want to cancel. If it’s still in the print queue we’ll cancel it and refund you, no bother at all.

As a rule of thumb, we ship to any country Royal Mail will quote for. If you’re unsure, it’s best to check out their website for the latest update.

Returns 

What to do if I receive a damaged product?

If an order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement. Please send photos of the damage to help@scripin.com, stating the order number, and we’ll take it from there. 

Returns policy

We are happy to refund or replace an order if there is a quality issue (as per our terms of service), or if an item is lost in the mail.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for any other reason. This is because our products are custom-made, print-on-demand items.

We are unfortunately not able to replace orders lost in the mail due to an incorrect address being supplied. So please check order details carefully!
